The ‘Conseil Régional de Bretagne’ is holding their meetings every month in Rennes in a newly built and very modern building.
Inside the building you will find the advanced meeting room equipped with DCS 6000 Digital Conference System from DIS – sold through the French DIS distributor Axente.
The room is equipped with 159 flush mount panels with 5 voting buttons, Proxy-voting and a chip card reader for identification of each delegate. The SW 6000 Conference Management Software in French is installed to manage the participants logging on to the system. The delegate list will be projected via the CDA Conference Display Application on a large 4 X 3 meter screen. The screen is also used for showing live video of the speakers, as a camera follow-up system with 3CCD dome cameras is connected to the conference system.
Furthermore there are two interpreter booths with each 2 interpreter sets in the complete conference solution.
