When introducing the unique DC 6990P Touchscreen Conferencing™ Microphone unit DIS set new standards in sound quality for conference units. The excellent sound from the built-in loudspeaker powered with the strong digital amplifier is far better than ever heard before.
 
Now DIS goes even further to enhance the sound quality by introducing a new series of gooseneck microphones - the GM 652x series. By combining the DC 6990P with the new GM 652x series we can proudly announce that you now have the world’s most superior sound quality in a conference system.

However, the microphone is not only offering sound improvement, it also includes unsurpassed immunity from radio frequency interference together with a new modern design of the microphone capsule suitable for video applications. The small capsule ensures that the camera focus is on the speaker and not the microphone.

The new GM 652x Gooseneck Microphone Series are ideal for conference centers, boardrooms, courtrooms, houses of worship, and other installed applications. You plug it directly into a portable or flush-mounted conference unit with an XLR-type connector (With the DC 6990P it will be locked).

This electret cardoid quick-mount gooseneck microphone offers improved immunity from radio frequency interference to greatly reduce interference from mobile telephones, PDAs and other wireless devices operated within the conference room thanks to the unique DIS RF Shield.
The GM 6523 is 40 cm long and the GM 6524 is 50 cm long – suitable for all applications.
