SW 7010 Streaming and Archiving Software



The SW 7010 Audio/Video Streaming and Archiving software is used together with the DCS 6000 and SW 6000 to broadcast (stream) sound or sound/video as well as conference information live to the web and/or to archive (record) the same. This enables users to search for specific subjects or delegates' speeches using a web browser.

The video is normally fed from one or more cameras, where switching of the picture and camera pan/tilt/zoom is controlled based on RS232 messages from the SW 6000-ECA application. The sound used in the media is normally the floor channel.
It is also possible to use archived material and copy it for distribution through other medias i.e a CD.

The main facilities are:
  • Archive
    A list of the archived meetings is presented for selection
  • Direct Broadcast
    Presents the video, sound, agenda and name of speakers
  • Detailed Agenda
    Shows the agenda and detailed description of each subject in the agenda
  • Delegates
    Shows name and information of the delegates
  • Search
    The archived material can be searched by the following search entries:
    - Name of the delegate
    - Conference Name
    - Agenda item
    - Date

    SW 7010 includes an image grabber. Grab a Powerpoint presentation, an Excel worksheet or a graphical image and display it next to the streamed meeting.
